2013 was the year I got into Coworking as a business, after having studied Business Administration and missing a certain amount of creativity in the jobs I thought would fit to my studies. It was a time when Berlin started to become sort of a startup hub, and the reasons were clear. The city had the price-level, vibe, and location to become Europes most vibrant startup ecosystem.
A few years later we see how quickly the determinants for success in this field can change. Some of the giants from that time are basically gone, others have come up, but what is it, that they do so different from one another? What are the priorities here? People? Tech? Concept?
It would be foolish to assume, that at one point we will have figured out the perfect workplace. It can only be determined in an individual manner, since every single company is different and has other needs than the rest. Especially when it comes to details, processes, or corporate identities.
