Workplace conditions change.

With new trends in technology, lifestyle, or world events, like Covid19, the conditions we work and live under change, sometimes drastically.

One could "throw money" at a problem, but we have learned, that this is not always a good solution. 

This is the reason I decided to leave my "old thoughts" on the website. This way we could (after a few years) see, how trends shift and how the workplace approach transforms.

2022

It's kind of unbelievable, if you think about it. In early 2020 we went into a dark tunnel (lockdowns, home office, etc.) and by the time we came out of it into the light, the priorities and the overall understanding of the workplace shifted. We saw, that expansion does not always mean more m² or workplaces. People can be spread over multiple locations, but still collaborate, like they are sitting in a meeting room. 

Being able to implement the "new normal" doesn't mean you can cut costs or pay less attention to the workspace. Space efficiency is something you have got to invest in, but you will be able to see the benefits of it quite early. People will be happier, because they will be able to find an equilibrium in their work-life-balance.

Bringing workplace strategy and experience in harmony is the formula for the workplace of tomorrow - let's talk about it!

2019 / 2020

My goal is to equip you with the right approach, knowledge, and sensitivity or “Fingerspitzengefühl” (google it!), so you can understand what your specific workforce needs to thrive. Both in their jobs and in their lives. People need to have a sense of freedom and belonging to feel good about the work they do and the place they are doing it in. A person with no curiosity can be quite slow, and the question I want to ask together with you is: How can these feelings be awaken in your team, no matter if it’s 20 or 200 people…


If you get this right, it can work as a great motivator and reduce stress level significantly, as empiric data shows, which is an important tool to my partners and me.
