After a well executed study BASF decided to not extend their current rental contract and to welcome the employees into a new office building after the pandemic, in which the company tried things like Home-Office for the first time.

In 2023 the new office comes with new ways of working. Hybrid work, activity based work, and an open space concept will be implemented. The goal is to upgrade the office experience of the employees, but also to lead them into a new age of the BASF Berlin Hub. 

The new space was designed in cooperation with Kinzo Architects, who are famous for great workplaces all over Europe. Our change management team was supported by Workingwell GmbH from Munich. Questions like how will we use our new space together? or how do we bring back the people, who got usd to their Home-Office? needed to be answered.

Due to the experience I brought to the project team, I was also entrsuted with finding a service provider for the future cafeteria, a way to keep the office sanitized, coming up with rules for the deskbooking app, and more.
